When you get triggered by someone or something the bottom line message is always about you and not the other person or thing.
Emotional triggers happen when you are not in alignment with your soul. Triggers happen to you to let you know that you are out of alignment. Triggers are asking you where are you not loving yourself enough.
The reason for a trigger is always because you are giving your power to someone or something outside of yourself.
When you get triggered stop and ask yourself why are you not loving yourself in this moment. Why is it that you have given your power to someone or something outside of yourself.
Where can you begin to love yourself more. What can you now see that you can let go of in order to stop this trigger from repeating.
Ask for guidance when you get triggered. Ask for help so you can see where you are not loving yourself enough.
