Your attachment to your emotions are what cause your pain.
When something happens to you that you don’t like and causes you pain it is always the amount of intensity that you put on what you see that causes the pain you feel. The lighter you can be in your moments when something goes the wrong way the less pain you will feel. Detach from the emotion when something does not go the way you want it to and you will feel more of a positive emotion rather than a negative one. The reason you feel pain in the first place is because something has happened that you don’t like. But if you can switch your emotions to a place of acceptance instead of disappointment you will feel lighter. When something you have means a great deal to you and it is taken away from you, you feel the emotion as being heavy and negative. If you can give that thing less emotion and have it not mean so much to you then you wouldn’t feel as bad. The negative feelings always come from the importance you put on whatever it is that you are focused on at that time. Turn your negative emotions into love and acceptance for whatever is going on and you will begin to feel better. Accept the flow of life. Nothing is ever permanent. Things are always changing. Go with the flow of life and do not put so much importance on the material things that truly do not matter. What really matters to each and every one of us is the felling of love we all carry within our hearts. Tap into your own heart when things do not go the way you think they should and find the love and acceptance for the life you are living. The positive feeling is what we are all searching for. We all have it.

Judgment, Judgment, Judgment!!!
Everywhere you go you hear that someone is judging someone else.. Everyone has something to say about how they think or feel someone else should be behaving, acting or living their life. When we can stop judging others and allow them to have their own experiences we are being of so much more support than we could ever imagine. We are all here learning our own lessons for our own spiritual growth. When we give our judgment to someone else the only thing they feel is negativity. They don’t feel support, they don’t feel love, they don’t feel anything except worse, worse than when they began to tell you their story. When you give your opinion of someone you are giving off a negative vibration that they feel. When you offer support to someone you give off a positive vibration that they feel. When you give someone your advice stop and ask yourself if the remark you gave came from your heart of your head. When it comes from your head it is most likely going to be taken in a negative way. When it comes from your heart it will always be received in a positive way. The words we say carry a vibration. That vibration is always felt by the person receiving the words. This means your words will either carry a positive vibration or a negative vibration. What vibration are you sending out to the people you come into contact with today? Are they positive or negative? Stop and be aware of the vibration you send to those you interact with today.

Your emotions always an indication of what you are holding onto.
When something happens to you or you experience something that you don’t like or don’t want, stop and ask yourself what is this experience or this thing showing yourself. We can all learn something from the experiences that we go through. If you pay attention during your day you will find there are many messages that you can use to walk through your experiences. Your outside world is a reflection of your inside. If you are holding onto anger then that is what your world will reflect back to you as you go through your day. You will continue to see mostly experiences that keep you in an angry place. If you are holding onto resentment from another person your world will give you more reasons to keep that feeling alive inside of yourself. The small feelings that you hold onto will continue to grow bigger. Once they have reached the tipping point you will find you are in a place where you just want to explode. When you react to anyone or anything, it is a sure sign that you are holding onto an emotion that you have been carrying around within yourself. When you can begin to understand that this is how your body works then you can stop and release the negative emotions that you have. Everyone wants to feel good but in order to feel good your emotions have to be positive and not negative. To release your negative emotions you need to first acknowledge them. Then truly feel the feeling your body is sensing. Tell yourself you are choosing to release this emotion from your body and finally let it go. Once you begin to pay attention to your feelings you will be able to pick up on the negative feelings that you carry around within yourself. Then you will be more in alignment with choosing to let them go so you can move through your day in a more positive way.

We are heading into a time and place on our earth experience where we are now being guided to go within. Go within yourself and listen to what your heart is saying. Your heart is your connection to your divine self. Move away from listening to your head and begin to listen to your heart. Let go of judgment, of what you should or should not do. Let go of the judgment of what people say and think of you. Let go of acting the way someone else expects you to act. Let go of what society has told you. Let go of wanting to be like someone else. Accept that you are perfect just the way you are with all the things that you think are wrong with yourself. You came here perfect. We all cannot look and act the same way. We are all uniquely different which makes us beautiful just the way we are. Take out the wrong and right of what you see in front of yourself. Judgment is the only thing that makes you see anything as wrong or right. Everything just is. We are now able to step into being who we came here to be. No one came here to be anything other than themselves. Change the things that you see as negative and begin to see the positive in them. There is always a reason things don’t work out the way we want them to. Your higher self knows what you want. The human that you are is trying to figure it out. The human mind does not know how things are going to work out but the higher self does. Let go and allow your higher self to come into your awareness. This is now a time that the human being is going to be able to connect with their own divine channel inside of themselves. When we are open to listening to our own hearts we are tapping into our divine essence. Let go and allow the real you to come forth and help you connect with unlimited possibilities that await you as you step forward on your path here on earth. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. The question you need to ask yourself is, what channel are you going to be tuning into, your human channel or your spiritual channel. Find your dial and put it on the channel you want.

When someone does something that you don’t agree with keep in mind that they are living their life not yours. This can mean even the smallest thing that someone else does that you don’t agree with. It can be the color scheme of their home, the way they arrange their furniture, the way they seem to appear to live their life, if you don’t agree with any part of what someone else does then take note that they are living their life and not yours. We all came here to experience the things that we want to experience. When we can keep in mind that the other person came here also to experience something different it may help you the next time you find yourself commenting on what the other person is doing or saying. Not everyone agrees on everything. This is our choice as humans. We choose the things we want to experience in the way we each want to experience them. It is up to others to experience what they choose to experience for themselves. If everyone can step out into the world and not judge, criticize or complain about what the other person is doing then we all would be able to find more peace in our daily lives. Live your life the way you want to live and allow the other person to do the same. Accept others for what they choose in this lifetime and you will be able to accept yourself in a more joyful way as well. Finding peace inside your self is about accepting yourself the way you are. Loving yourself and letting go of all the judgments you impose upon yourself. When you do this with yourself it will be easier to do this with others. This is where peace, love and joy come from. Accepting yourself as you accept others is a gift that you give yourself that flows out to the world in which you live. Start becoming aware of when it is that you can step into doing this the next time that you see someone who is doing something you don’t agree with. This is about waking up to the way that each one of us experiences our day. When we can begin to wake up and pay attention to what is really going on with our reactions to others then we will be able to see the choices we make during our day more clearly. This will allow us to live with more peace within ourselves.

We all came into this life whole and complete. If we can teach our children this concept that is what they will live. When they live this concept they won’t be out searching for another person to make them whole and complete, they will carry it within themselves. From this perception they will then be able to allow others to come into their world as a reflection of what they already are so they can choose a partner from a place of unconditional love, wholeness and balance instead of a place of being broken, unloved and needing. This makes for a beautiful dance with creation on this planet. Teach others to be what you know they can be. Teach them the things you yourself want to be. Each of us has been taught what our parents/guardians have taught us from what they themselves learned growing up. That is the old way of learning. We are approaching new places where the old ways will no longer work for us. We are moving into new places where new concepts are being born. New thoughts are emerging into existence. The old ways are not working anymore. They never have. No one told us how to live, we were always searching for the answers outside of ourselves. Now is the time to look within to find our own answers. They are there just waiting for us to open the door. Close the door on your past, let it go, say good bye and don’t look back. Step into the new ways of living, the new ways of thinking, the new programming. We have been waiting for this new time since forever. Step away from the old and embrace the new.You are the only one who can change your situations. There is nothing outside of you that will change until you change what is on the inside of you.Believe in yourself. Each one of us is here for a reason. Find that reason within your heart and move forward with your dreams. They can only come true if you believe they can. It is up to you to begin from a new place in order to move to the new place. You are what you think you are. Start thinking you are meant to be here and then move into knowing you are meant to be here and then you will be able to be here. Here in this new place that you yourself have created.
